Yee Haw crossed the 150 mile threshold for the year. Another milestone scratched from the list, what is the next target. hmmm. 155 miles?
Another easy treadmill run this morning, warmed up then started right into a sub 9 min mile pace and held for 20 minutes then cooled down. Easy as pie.
Then 3 sets of hamstring curls at level 2, strength is coming along, then shower. A good way to start the day.
All in all 24 min, 2,5 miles a good day.
