I went to bed early and woke up early and had to drag my dead legs to the treadmill to do a run. Initially I set the incline at 2% and the speed at just under 9 min miles but my legs could not handle that today. So I backed off the incline to 0.5% and finished the run.
It was weird today, the top of my left hamstring was hurting and my right leg below the knee was strained. Just a really weird day on the treadmill.
I finished my 20 minutes and did 1.5 sets of hamstring curls (really there was nothing there) and called it.
Any run is a good run. 21 min 2.25 miles. Oh yeah and broke 170 miles in the streak.
