Project 365 – Day 34

Another day, another run.  This morning I decided that I needed to give my legs a rest.  Even though it was only –5 outside, I headed down to the treadmill where I can use the machine to control the pace and guarantee the right recovery pace. I am starting to like the treadmill for that reason.

I finished the run and then spent a few minutes on the universal gym doing hamstring curls.  My right leg does 10 reps at 2 (whatever that means) without problems while my left leg struggles to make the 10 reps.  I can see a lot of hamstring curls in my left legs future.

All in all it was a good run 25 minutes, 2.5 miles + some ham curls.
