It was decision day, and I made the wrong one. Today is the last day of the Chinook, daytime temperatures have been well above freezing and we have experienced a significant melt over the last week. this means that roads and sidewalks are wet and and icy.
I decided to run outside instead of on the treadmill and to top it off I decided to take the dog for a run thru the off-leash area. Both decisions were mistakes.
It was an Ok but slow run, just over 5 miles including cool down for a total of just over 52 minutes. Hamstring did not like it.
