Project 365 – Day 41

Not much to say today, my legs felt crappy, I had no energy and my calves were stiff (WTF). All the pieces were in place for a junk run.  A run that you do to fill the schedule, a slow short distance that does not add anything to training.

So that is what I did, a treadmill run with a very long 4 mph warm up and then a run at 6.5 mph then a cool down.  Al in all the run lasted 22 minutes and I covered 2.2 miles.

Even junk runs are runs and any run is a good run. And it kept the streak going.
