Treadmill Recovery Run.
Interesting morning, it was a bit of a struggle getting up and motivated for day 2. The plan was to do a recovery run, the minimum distance at a slower pace just to work the kinks out. I almost followed the plan, I turned the pace down to just better than 10 minute miles and then extended the run for an extra 5 minutes. I could have gone farther but was feeling it my SI joint and my right shin was burning and tired. Weird. That made the decision easy to not overdo the first week of this madness.
I still have to find a simple strength routine and start it!
