March was an awful month for my body image. The exercise dropped off and the weight went on. I stepped on the scale on April 1rst to a shocking number and nobody said April Fools and it was not a joke. Up 5 pounds in march (expletive).
So not tracking weight lead to unprecedented gains, and I am embarrassed by the number posted so am starting to track:

Maybe I should also track %body weight like on the biggest loser. Thoughts?

After temps in the +20s yesterday we woke up to a fine layer of snow on the ground this morning. By the time I met the group at the running room the snow had melted but the temps were starting to drop. The wind picked up and it started to snow as we started to run. By the time we reached the turnaround point big heavy flakes were falling and the visibility was dropping as we were running uphill into the blinding snow. It was a great run, there is nothing like a little adversity to make a run seem worthwhile.
