Run 120.
I woke up early this morning, kind of the result of going to bed early and a restless dog. I tossed and turned for a while and then before the alarm went off got up and dressed and headed to the treadmill.
My plan for the day was a slow steady 30 minute run. I felt some twinges in my knee last night and wanted to not aggravate a potential sore spot. I started off running 9:00 min miles and then picked it up to 8:30 min miles and ran out the 30 minutes at 3.5 miles.
